  • What happens in the initial consultation?
    In the initial consultation (conducted over Zoom), we will ask a range of questions to understand the nature of your Owners Corporation and the type of service that is best suited to your needs. We will also explain 'what happens next' so that you know what to expect afterwards.
  • How does the pricing work?
    Pricing for each service is detailed as follows (all prices are inclusive of GST): Strata Management Contract Negotiation Once your new strata management contract has been executed, we will collect a percentage of the amount your Owners Corporation saves in annual management fees. The percentage will vary based on the size of your Owners Corporation, which is explained as part of your initial consultation. Strata Manager Obligation Review Fees vary based on the size and complexity of your Owners Corporation, with costs ranging between $250-$500. Changing Manager There is no fee payable as we will receive a commission from your new management company.
  • What parts of Australia do you service?
    At present, we provide our services to Victoria only.
  • Is strata management the same as body corporate management?
    Yes. Strata management, owners corporation management, and body corporate management are all interchangeable terms for the same service.
